No, DO NOT put in the dishwasher.   Rinse in the sink - CAUTION - please take care as blades are sharp.

The ‘Thick & Thin’ insert is missing from my Authentic V® Food Processor!
The Thick & Thin insert is packed with this insert already placed inside the processor Frame.

Do you sell any other inserts for my Authentic V® Food Processor?
We supply the following inserts:- Thick & Thin, 3.5mm and 10mm.  (These inserts are supplied with the processor).  Also available is the 1.6mm and the 7mm.

My Safety Holder has cracked and I haven’t had it very long!
The Safety Holder is very strong and normally only cracks if being used incorrectly, make sure that your motion of use is in the direction of the arrows on the holder. Replacement Safety Holders are available for purchase separately.

After grating Carrots it has left the processor frame stained!
A small amount of Milton or Bleach will remove any food stain.  We advise that you use a small brush (i.e. Old toothbrush).
