Magic Mop™

On the packaging it says ‘Do not allow the mop head to become dry’!
This means whilst the mop head is in use.  When you have finished mopping you can let the head dry.  Please remember to fully soak the head each time you use the mop.

The sponge head is coming away from the spine!

The telescopic handle will not stay in place!

My mop head has turned white!
If bleach has been used, this will remove the blue dye from the head but this will not affect the performance of the head.

How long do the mop heads last?
That depends on the type of floor you are cleaning and how often.  Generally the mop heads do last a long time and replacements are always available from our company.
