Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery dates cannot be completely guaranteed , but we aim to deliver our products to you within 5 (five) to 7 (seven) working days, but occasionally this is not possible.

If you provide us with your email address at the time of placing your order, we will notify you by email to let you know that your order has been despatched.

Please allow up to 10 (ten) working days for delivery.  If you have not received your order after 10 (ten) working days, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Team at customerservices@selkin.co.uk or Freephone 0800 0283 925 between 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
