< BackReturns & Refunds - Our products are fully guaranteed. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, it will be fully refunded within a 30 day period of purchase. NB: We do not refund postage & packing.
Should you wish to return a product for a refund and you have purchased the product from Selkin, please send it back to our FREEPOST address with a short note stating where and when it was purchased, together with your name address and telephone number and reason for return to:-

What should I do if I have a faulty part or a part is missing?
If a part is missing or becomes faulty within the 12 month guarantee period, please email our Customer Services Team at customerservices@selkin.co.uk and we will be pleased to despatch a replacement part free of charge. Please state where and when the product was purchased and which part needs replacing.
What should I do if I have received damaged or incomplete goods?
You will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or a full refund. In the first instance, please email customerservices@selkin.co.uk – we endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0800 0283 925 between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
The guarantee is at the discretion of Selkin and does not cover defects arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear, and is available only to the original purchaser. It is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
Selkin reserves the right to improve or alter the specification of its products without notice.
