How to Order

Shop online 24 hours a day or alternatively, try one of the following: -

• By POST please make cheques payable to Selkin Ltd.  Please print the View Basket screen, listing all items requested and send to: Freepost, MID 26227, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 1BR.
• By PHONE please call our freephone customer services line on 0800 283 925. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Switch, and our lines are open 8.30 am until 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Payment

When ordering online, please pay using Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard or Switch.

Delivery is charged at £3.95 for all UK orders, no matter what the quantity or weight. Orders over £50 will receive free delivery.
We aim to pack your product within 24 hours of you placing your order. Your item should usually arrive within 5 days, however please allow up to 10 working days from placement of order for delivery.

International delivery charges are available on request. Please note, Selkin Ltd. are not responsible for payment of import duty.

Cancellations & Returns

Our products are fully guaranteed.  If you are unhappy with your order for any reason it will be fully refunded (minus the postage cost) within a 12 month period of purchase.

Should you wish to return or exchange any item, please call Customer Services on our freephone number 0800 028 3925 first, as there are occasions where it may not be necessary for you to send the product back to us. If you do need to send your product back, please pack it safely with a short note describing the problems encountered to: -

The guarantee is at the discretion of Selkin Ltd. and does not cover defects arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear, and is available only to the original purchaser. It is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
