I should like to express my sincere thanks to a lady named Claire who was so helpful and a delight to talk to on Tuesday 11th May. Claire went that extra mile to help me out and find a retired shell that I had been searching for (namely Plum Ellie).
Claire not only located the Plum shell but was also able to put it in with the above order. I received this order today 12th May, what can I say I absolutely LOVE my new Miche bag shells.
I do not feel confident to order items from the USA - do you know whether you will be stocking the Shell Organiser and Single Strap Conversion Kit?

Just a quick note to give you some feedback on the Magic Mop you kindly gave me yesterday.
As I mentioned yesterday I have been using a well known product which doesn’t come cheap and has a strong brand recognition in the market. We have recently had a new addition to the family (border collie puppy) as you can imagine the floor gets filthy with mud and grass after the dog has dug half the garden up, sand after a day at the beach and dog hairs all over the place.When cleaning the floor with the well known product the floor looks clean but doesn’t feel clean as it just pushes the dirt, sand, mud and dog hairs that the brush and vacuum cleaner missed from one part of the floor to another and leaves streak marks all over the place!
I was so pleased with the results of the magic mop which has made my floor look like an ice rink and like new with NO streaks, NO dirt, NO dog hairs and NO sand and it feels clean!!! When I emptied the bucket of dirty water into the sink what the Magic Mop had picked up was a shock compared to how little the other product picks up.
On top of all this positive feedback and results my partner was extremely pleased when she arrived home from work last night to a sparkling clean kitchen!
